1.The Aim/Purpose of this charter is to work for better quality in public services.

* To recognize the needs of its partners and of clientele and responds to them in the interests of development of women.


2.We deliver the following services.

a)    Skill Development of women by providing training.

b)    Tharuni Vikas Kendrams - to provide information to guide and counsel the women for setting up and managing self-employment ventures.

c)    Marketing of the products manufactured by women entrepreneurs/ women groups.

d)    Management of working Women's Hostels at Hyderabad, Nalgonda & Nizamabad.

e)    Processing of proposals of NGOs under STEP/WEH Schemes of Government of India.

f)    EDP - Entrepreneurial, managerial & Accounting skills are imparted to the women.

g)    Sensitization Programmes - sensitizing beneficiaries & field functionaries to tackle the issue of gender discrimination and insensitivity towards women.

h)    Demonstration - One-day exposure cum training for women in different trades.

i)    Residential Bridge Course for School drop-outs/Girl Child Labour Rehabilitation Programme - to mainstream the girl child labour working with hazardous and non-hazardous industries and school dropouts through the bridge school.

j)    Mother Units - Provision of centralized services for Women who lack entrepreneurial skills.

k)    Incubators - Equipped with facilities to undertake production prior to establishment of micro - enterprise by women.


3.Our aim is to achieve the economic upliftment of women by self/wage

employment through skill development / Training, Marketing Avenues to women Groups / Women Entrepreneurs rehabilitation of Girl Child Labour and providing cheap and safe Hostel accommodation to working women etc. by providing the following services delivery/quality parameters.
